Information on the H1N1 Flu Virus

Update #1 - August 2009

The World Health Organization has declared the spread of the H1N1 virus a “pandemic.” As such, federal, provincial and local health authorities are in the process of pandemic preparedness training. Your school board may also be in the process of developing a Pandemic Plan for its employees and students. Many questions are arising out of the daily media reports. To assist you with some answers, ETFO has compiled a series of “Frequently Asked Questions” for your perusal.
