This women’s leadership conference will take place from Wednesday, February 21 (evening) to Friday, February 23, 2018. The focus of this conference is women’s leadership in the union. There will be workshops on the following topics collective bargaining; equity and social justice; communications; activism; community building; creating zines; labour music and leadership training I and II. ETFO Online Book Clubs are structured as four weekly online sessions, approximately two hours in length and feature small group sizes. Register now for any of provided ETFO Online Book Clubs taking place, April 1-28, 2018 on topics that include FNMI Truth and Reconciliation, FNMI Cultural Connections, Beginning Teachers and The Arts. Participants are expected to log in for an hour or two each week, read postings and engage in online threaded discussions, sharing ideas, experiences and artifacts. Registration is limited to 20 participants for each of the ETFO Online Book Clubs. Selection is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
