ETFO has many First Nations, Métis and Inuit (FNMI) education resources and professional learning opportunities for members.

EWS workshops are available to ETFO locals and cover a wide range of equity-related themes. There are two Indigenous Education workshops available:
(1) Busting Myths & Misconceptions About Indigenous Peoples; and

Our AQ courses are respectful of teacher professional judgement and honour adult learning principles. ETFO AQ courses meet the guidelines set out by the Ontario College of Teachers and are accredited by the College. ETFO has an Indigenous education AQ course:
