Sam Hammond President Sam Hammond is from the Hamilton-Wentworth DSB and has 20 years of elementary teaching experience as a Physical and Health Education Specialist. He has served as an ETFO steward, and was the chief negotiator and grievance officer for the Hamilton-Wentworth Teacher Local. Hammond has served on the provincial Executive since 2003 with three years as Vice-President (2004-2007), and two years as First Vice-President (2007-2009). Susan Swackhammer First Vice-President Susan Swackhammer has taught all grades from Kindergarten to Grade 8. She has served as president of the Grand Erie Teacher Local twice and has been involved in ETFO since its inception. She served on the provincial Executive from 1998-2000 and again from 2007 to the present. She has been active in equity work and is proud of ETFO’s contributions in this area. |

James McCormack Vice-President James McCormack has worked in the Toronto, Halton and Waterloo school boards. He has taught all grades and subject areas from Kindergarten through grade 8. He has served as a steward, local executive officer, and was the president of the Waterloo Region Teacher local from 2002-2011. James is very proud of the well-deserved environmental reputation of ETFO, exemplified by the Waterloo local office becoming the first Gold LEED building constructed in the city of Kitchener. |

Maureen Weinberger Vice-President (Female) Maureen Weinberger has taught all grades from Kindergarten to Grade 8 during her 25 years in the classroom. During that time she has also served as a steward and a local executive member. She was the president of the Halton Teacher Local from 2002–2009. Weinberger has also been active in her local community as an election volunteer for local NDP candidates, and as the president of a community board of directors. |

Rian McLaughlin OTF Table Officer Rian McLaughlin has taught all grades and subjects over her 20 year career. She has been president of the Hamilton-Wentworth Occasional Teacher Local for 9 years. McLaughlin has also served as a chief negotiator, a professional development chair, and a presenter. She has served on the ETFO Executive since 2001-2002 and was President of the Ontario Teachers' Federation in 2010-2011. Her community involvement includes ongoing support for numerous children's and women's charities and environmental initiatives. |
