  • A voice message will provide the necessary instructions to put you through to an operator. 
  • You will be asked a few quick questions.  Where appropriate, a criminal lawyer will be contacted and you will be connected immediately.

The Emergency After Hours Legal Assistance system is operational over the holiday period to respond to critical calls only. In addition, the general mailbox will be checked daily by PRS staff and an effort will be made to return critical calls within 24 hours. Non-critical calls will be responded to after the holiday.
