This Jewish Canadian Heritage Month, we celebrate the vibrant contributions of Jewish Canadians to our country’s cultural, social, and community life, with a special focus on social justice and activism within their respective fields. Across generations, Jewish Canadians have helped shape and enrich Canada’s story through leadership and advocacy. Henaynu, Here we Are, goes beyond pointing out one's physical presence; it is an actionable response when tasked with something important and meaningful.  

This year’s artwork, by Toronto artist Rosette Sund, honours a lasting presence, woven into the fabric of Canada’s past, present, and future.
