WINTER HOLIDAY MESSAGE
The ETFO provincial office switchboard will close for the holiday season starting 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 and will re-open 8:00 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2026.
Members requiring PRS assistance during these two weeks will be able to leave a voice mail in the general mailbox and ETFO staff will return their call within 24 hours. Non-critical calls may be responded to after the holiday.
Our after-hours Emergency Legal Assistance system will continue to be operational during the holiday period to respond to critical calls only.
