Survive and Thrive

Survive and Thrive is a virtual conference for beginning teachers. The conference has been specifically designed for Ontario teachers in their first five years of professional practice, occasional teachers and teacher candidates.


The New Teacher Induction Program (NTIP)

NTIP is a mandatory Ministry program for all new teachers certified by the College of Teachers who have been hired by school boards for a permanent teaching position.  This program has three components: orientation for all new teachers to the school and the school board, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.


ETFO's Occasional Teachers Website
